This shift highlights the need for flexibility in managing projects effectively. Having an array of project management tools in your toolbelt is key.

A hybrid mindset allows you to blend structured planning with agile adaptability, helping you stay on budget, meet deadlines, and pivot quickly when needed. Whether you're launching a new product, managing client work, or streamlining operations, a mix of methodologies can help you solve tough problems and get results.

Take a moment this week to evaluate your project management style. Are you using the right mix of structure and flexibility to drive success?

What I’m Reading

I recently just finished Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear by Elizabeth Gilbert.

As many of you know, my wife is incredibly creative - she’s an amazing dancer. Creating, moving, flowing — those all come easy to her.

Me? The jury is out.

What I do know is that I have a passion for project management. I’ve seen its power and its ability to drive meaningful change. I have a vision for what this community can become. For nine months, the idea for Boschetto has been churning around inside me, fighting to get out.

So today, we let it out. Let’s see what it’s got.
